His passion for the field led him to intern at Norfolk Community Hospital from July 1985 to June 1986, followed by a residency at Great Lakes Naval Hospital from August 1986 to August 1988. In November 1989, he was recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Glover is licensed to practice in California (#E4238, August 31, 2000) and is a board-certified podiatrist, holding the distinction of #2122 from the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery since August 18, 1989. He also earned the title of Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgery (#89, November 1, 1989).
